Privacy
In general you must accept and understand that the internet is not a private place. Security Measures and Data Transmission.
We use reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access to any information you may provide us. However, no website can fully eliminate security risks. Third parties may circumvent our security measures to unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.
California Privacy Rights.
A business subject to California Civil Code section 1798.83 is required to disclose to its California customers, upon request, the identity of any third parties to whom the business has disclosed personal information within the previous calendar year, along with the type of personal information disclosed, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
